Love, love, love this product!! Sometimes my husband wants to watch tv when I want to go to sleep. I can slip this on and play ambient music or a podcast on low and not be bothered by the tv. More often than not, I use it when I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t go back to sleep.

I have had chronic migraines for years. I saw this used online so I decided to try it and see how it would work for someone who suffers from more then just an occasional headache. I was pleasantly surprised with how well it works. It has become a regular use to help w migraine relief. I will say it does NOT take away my migraines but it does help w relief of pain. The “chill” or icy feel only last about 20 minutes or so in my case when I use it but def not a bad but if you suffer w migraines. The fabric is super stretchy and comfortable. It’s very convenient to use. I leave it in my freezer at all times so it’s ready for use for when I need it. For the price it is well worth it.

I bought this to help with migraines. It is helpful because the material is slightly weighted to apply pressure to your head and eye area. But the hat loses its coldness after about 5-10 minutes and it’s just a tight hat. If you are freezing it, make sure to put it inside a Ziploc bag or something first or else it will develop strong plastic smells.

Test chilling before you use this. Even using the brief freezer time on the instructions, this can be cold enough to hurt. Same with brief freezing, then storing in the refrigerator. Keeping this in the fridge without freezing it at all may be comfortable but I still need to let it sit at room temperature about 15 minutes. When you have a migraine, 15 minutes is a long time -- set a timer so you don't have to keep looking at the clock!Surprise, surprise:. This is lovely and cool just kept at room temperature.This puts you right to a sound sleep because it blocks the light completely. The fabric is soft and silky. Because it's black it doesn't get grubby-looking.I love this and it would make a great present.

I bought two of these. One to be using and one to keep in freezer to trade off on back and forth. It's a nice size, fits well. I not only use for my head but for my knee, my arm, and my neck. It stays nice and cold for a good while and when it does warm up I just go to the freezer and throw this one in and take out the other one. Oh and did I mention it's half the price of other products like it. Maybe even 75 percent less. The first one I looked at was $36.00, ouch. This one was around $6 if I remember correctly. At that price I ordered two and am so happy I did
