I take this supplement daily. I used to have three to four migraine headaches a month. Although I still get headaches, this supplement has reduced the number of migraines I get to one (or fewer). I've also combined this with an exercise regimen, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Vitamin B 12, Vitamin C, and a multi vitamin.
