No wires in this tutu petticoat.

Q: Has anyone tried cutting off one of the two layers for less flounce? If so, would you recommend cutting off the outside or the inside layer of tulle?

I think cutting off a layer of tulle would mess it up , i would try to find a Petticoat with less flounce . I guess you could cut layer off , but i wouldn't recommend it .

Q: The black petticoat appears see through but the red looks like it has an underskirt to make it not so see through?

I bought a peticot for my daugthers graduation dress is a see through make to be worn under dresses or skirts it make her dress puff it look beautiful.
