I really like this mask. It is simple to use and well made. Unfortunately, after six months, one of the light features stopped working but the company responded very quickly and replaced it right away. They have excellent customer service and a one year warranty.

I did a lot of research on LED masks before this purchase of the Nourished Bodynskin Mask. I received this as a gift (after a big hint) in 12/25. I like the multiple light functions, as well as, the neck and chest mask that is included with this product. This mask is easy to use and easy to include in your daily routine. I use the different colored lights to target specific problems and interchange with the recommended multi light function every other day. I get Daxy (like Botox) shots every four months. I postponed my shot in January so I could tell if I was getting any results from LED therapy. I didn’t see a lot of progress in January, but in the first week of February I began noticing little changes. Skin texture improving and small lines diminishing. I can honestly see first hand the LED therapy working. I am pleased with my purchase. The ease of use, the ease of fitting it into your routine and the price point were top factors in my review, but I have to include customer service too. A wire came loose from the mask and I needed to get in touch with customer service. Their response was immediate and they had a new replacement unit on the way the same day. I definitely would recommend this product and this company. Just remember you need to have patience and be diligent with your routine and the results will show. I thought I should only give them 4 stars due to the wire breaking, but their customer service was excellent and earned them the 5 star rating.

I like the design of this mask: it's soft, flexible, and lightweight. I like the removable eye inserts. The battery lasts long enough to do a handful of sessions before needing to be recharged. I don't think there's much proven benefit to a lot of the wavelengths they use, but it has red and that's important. Unfortunately, it's not a very long-lasting product. I first bought it 2.5 years ago, and within the 1-year warranty period a number of the lights stopped working. The company was great about replacing it quickly. However, two years later, the same thing has happened again. Curiously, both times it's been about half of the chest portion that has stopped working, so it seems like there's a design issue.

I’ve tried a few LED light therapy masks over the years, and as a licensed (non practicing) facial specialist in the state of Florida, I tend to be pretty particular about what I use on my skin. The Nourished Bodyskin LED Face and Neck Mask has honestly impressed me, especially for the price. Compared to other devices in this category, I really feel like it offers solid value without sacrificing quality. One of the first things I look at with LED devices is whether they use the correct nanometer ranges to actually be effective, and this one does. That was important to me from a professional standpoint. I use it about one to three times per week depending on my schedule. During each session, I start with the red light at 630nm for anti aging and wrinkles and let it run for the full time on the built in timer. After that cycle finishes, I switch to the blue light at 415nm for acne and let that run as well. I love that the timer is already programmed because it takes the guesswork out of it and makes it easy to stay consistent. One of my favorite features is that it covers the neck in addition to the face. So many masks ignore the neck area, and that is such an important area when it comes to aging. Having that extended coverage makes this feel more complete and definitely adds to the overall value. It is also very easy to use. The straps keep it secure, it is comfortable to wear, and once it is on, I can just relax while it runs. Another thing I have noticed is that it holds a charge for a long time. I am not constantly needing to recharge it, which makes it much more convenient. Overall, I think this is a great option if you want a non invasive, at home LED device that offers the right wavelengths, good coverage, and a reasonable price compared to higher end brands. Consistency is key with light therapy, and this one has been easy for me to work into my routine.

I ordered this about a month and a half ago, and have been using it about 3x a week. I love that the face mask and neck mask are separate. But randomly the face mask stopped working. I reached out to the company and they sent me a new one and it arrived the next day. Great service, and super fast!

Love this mask! I spent over a year looking for a good quality LED mask and stumbled upon this brand on TikTok. I don't regret a thing choosing this brand. I've been using this mask every other day and can already tell a difference in my skin. My pores appear tighter, my inflammation is down, and I have a nice glow. I can't wait to continue using this and seeing wear my skin journey will end up down the road. It's easy to put on and comes with several different light settings and levels. My only other recommendation would be for the brand to put a little pamphlet dedicated to the different light settings and how you can mix them into your routines. They do have them printed in the directions but I think a book dedicated around the settings on their mask would be really neat. The appearance is sleek and also comes with a bag to hold your mask in for travel or easy storage. It also comes with the neck piece that many other companies would charge tons of money to buy separately so that's another huge plus. The mask quality is soft to put on your face and doesn't feel like you're putting on a plastic costume mask. I highly recommend buying from this brand as they just gained me for life!

The Nourished Bodynskin LED face and neck mask is comfortable and light to use. I purchased mine a month ago. I use the mask 5 to 6 nights a week for at least 15 minutes, primarily on the red function. My interest in purchasing was reduction of photo ageing and inflammation. I have had psoriasis and immediately found a reduction in inflammation and itching. I researched many brands of these masks before choosing and found the Nourished Bodynskin product to be spot on in terms of wavelengths and irradiance strength particularly for skin rejuvenation. I have not been disappointed. Over the period of the month since purchase I have noted an increased evening out of my general complexion and a glow or radiance making the skin look rested and healthy, no psoriasis flairs and reduction of previous "itchy spots". It's been easy, comfortable and very relaxing to use. When some of the lights stopped working I contacted the seller and they were so lovely and courteous, they offered to replace with a new unit immediately. The next day I had my replacement mask! Barely a pause of my routine. I definitely recommend this mask. It's good quality, has the specs and Nourished bodynskin are kind and fair if you need any help or have technical issues. Worth the 5 stars.

This is a great mask I get soo many compliments on my skin, a year in my mask broke but I simply emailed the company sent a video and they are sending out a new mask. Best service I have received ever.

Waarom ik vooral 5-sterren geef, is de uitstekende service van Nourished Bodynskin. Onlangs kreeg ik een probleem met het opladen van de afstandsbediening. Ik heb contact opgenomen met de klantenservice en werd meteen geholpen. Er werd snel gereageerd – zelfs in het weekend – en beloofd met een oplossing te komen. Uiteindelijk is het probleem naar grote tevredenheid opgelost. Dat geeft mij veel vertrouwen in dit bedrijf. Er kan altijd iets zijn met een product, maar hoe een bedrijf dat oplost zegt alles. In dit geval: topservice! Kortom: een goed product én een bedrijf dat echt achter zijn klanten staat. Ik ben tevreden en kan het LED-masker van Nourished Bodynskin zeker aanbevelen.

Le produit fait très qualitatif : matériaux robustes et solides, emballage classieux. Le boîtier est tombé en panne après près d'un an de service, à raison d'environ deux ou trois séances de 30 minutes par semaine. Le SAV m'a renvoyé un pack tout neuf, donc très réactif et honnête. Sur l'efficacité des masques LED, j'ai l'impression que cela fonctionne. En utilisant la lumière rouge, ma peau semble en meilleure forme.
