Doesn't open the blinds completely
The product is nice, easy to fit and use. But in my case, the roller, where the chain rolls has a plastic cover on top, which only allows small balls to roll through, hence i am not able to completely close or open my curtains because when this thing reaches the roller, it does not complete the circle. So sadly doesn't work for me.

Too small to fit the ball chain links so had to open one up with pliers and then pinch it round the cord. Seems OK.
