I just installed this product. I thought the original deadlock hole was offset and did not fit this keyless lock. However, I noticed the video on their website showed that you can extended the bolt and put the lock properly over the hole.Bingo! It fit perfectly and the rest of the install was a breeze. Be sure to read the instructions carefully and watch the appropriate video for the specific Lock that your purchased. Quality product. Don’t care for how soft the buttons are, but love the fingerprint option!

Very easy to install. This is my third lock to purchase. I first purchased a Hyper Tough lock. Did not work. Then purchased an Alpha. It was a nightmare. Third time was a charm. This lock was easy to use. Getting use to the auto lock but works well. The finger print works great for my wife but won’t take my finger print for some reason. Based on our experience with these locks. I can live with the finger print not working for me. The codes are easy to set and work great. Out of all the locks. This was the best one and price was reasonable. Install/ by far was the easiest.

Extremely happy with this purchase. Nice quality and feel. So far everything works perfectly very easy install and easy to program.

Very easy to install. Clear instructions and programming guide. Purchased 2 each with different finish. Installed 1 on entry door by replacing manual single cylinder deadbolt. Love the auto lock feature of it as sometimes we used to forget to close the manual deadbolt.Very responsive and courteous customer service. It was a pleasure to talk with Chelsea in customer service.

Works well and super Easy to set up. There's an optional video, but the booklet was easy to follow. Great color and is as advertised.

Easy to install compared to other smart locks I have used. The programming was straightforward and so far works flawlessly. Battery replacement looks easy. A few notes - the battery case screws may be already in place, the others are either extra or oversights, also, pay close attention to battery placement when programming. By the way, the fingerprint feature is terrific.

Thankfully, there’s a silent mode, which I turned on right away, and now it’s totally fine.Durability-wise, it feels super sturdy and well-made—definitely doesn’t feel cheap, which I was a little nervous about at this price point. Speaking of price—the value is amazing. You’re getting fingerprint access, a keypad, auto-lock, and a clean modern look without spending a ton.Once I got through the setup and silenced the beeping, it’s been working perfectly.
