Glory, Hallelujah
So comfortable!Came in a reasonably sized package, vacuum sealed. I’m 8 weeks pregnant and there is hardly no scent upon opening, which I can tell you could’ve broken the deal right off the bat. So, scent free for the win 🙌🏻I opened and let it take shape at around 2pm and used at 9:30pm. It is a glorious combination of firm enough, yet fluffy. I almost cried when I got “into” it for bed because it’s so comfortable. The pillow supports my hips, knees, belly, and neck like heaven. I will review again should my thoughts change, but at the moment, this is the most comfortable I have been in bed since I have been pregnant. I am recommending to two of my pregnant friends. Worth the money.

Picture is very misleading. MUCH smaller than appears
I just received this pillow for my Wife who is 5'8" and I think they sent me the VERY VERY small version. its nothing like what the picture shows. they advertise it as being 62-67" at max length, well Ive enclosed a picture and using a tape measure that shows it to be 50" max and when you do try to straighten it out, it kinks in the middle as shown in the other picture due to very little filling inside. they show it to be 28" wide, its actually 24" wide as shown in picture #3. it's WAY under filled all over as well as the picture showing the kink attests to and that was simply trying to just straighten it out to measure its max length.. Unless your a very short person at 4' tall max this body pillow is best used for the Dogs to lay on IMO. I'm not happy at all

Not just a pregnancy pillow...For Open Heart Surgery too
I didnt purchase this pillow due to pregnancy....but for open heart surgery (ohs) 3weeks ago. It is virtually impossible to find a comfortable position with an incision down the middle of your chest, but WOW did this pillow help! It would allow me to lay partially on my side with support on my back without having numerous pillows stacked around me. The first time sleeping with it I probably got 4hrs straight before I had to reposition. It was very comfortable, firm but not hard and I slept like a baby. I also use it on the couch too for TV watching. Again, very supportive without a bunch of pillows to deal with. This was an awesome purchase for me.

A little too firm in the head area, but otherwise very comfy
I really like the horseshoe shape of this pregnancy pillow versus the ones shaped like a C, because I turn a lot while I sleep, and like to vary which leg I put up over the pillow. It's comfortable for that. The only reason I took a star is because I find the part where your head rests to be a bit too firm, and it props my neck up too high while I'm sleeping. I was noticing some neck soreness, so my pregnancy pillow is now on the ground next to the bed, and I'm back to my down pillow under head. I'm only 20 weeks pregnant and my stomach hasn't grown too much yet because it's my first pregnancy, but I do anticipate that the pregnancy pillow will be making it's way back into the bed in the coming weeks, because it's quite supportive laterally. Feels like a hug! It also makes a really nice backrest when propped against a wall, and would be a good nursing pillow.UPDATE: I'm 24 weeks now, and have developed bad reflux, to the point of throwing up (yay...). I went back to using the pregnancy pillow, and I put my regular, softer pillow length-wise at the head of it to create a propped up wedge. It has solved the night time reflux problem, and I've been sleeping like a baby.UPDATE #2: I'm now 33 weeks pregnant. Still like the pillow, but I wish it were longer. I'm 5'7" and like to put my knees on either side of the pillow. I have to bring my knees up a little higher than is natural to do this. This is primarily because, as I mentioned in my last update, I'm using my regular soft pillow as a wedge between my head and the top of the pregnancy pillow, so my head is not right up on the top of the pregnacy pillow. If it were, my knees would be able to reach the sides, but I wanted a softer pillow for my head. I know... I'm being a finicky pregnant lady :)

Not for pain
If you are looking for a firm and comfortable pillow for body pain this isnt it. Also it traps your body heat and makes you super hot.
