Great bit of kit

The wheel is good, just a shame that the warehouse has not stored the product correctly as the carrier bag is slighty mouldy on the outside and smells damp.

I bought this a couple months ago, it's a great piece of kit however one downside, if you're using it as often as I am and keeping it upright on its stand. Eventually, the little plastic bits around the side will break off and the stand function will no longer work. Sucks considering you pay £60+ for something that's made so poorly.

Measures distances fine but after a couple of weeks use on uneven ground along the railway the rubber surround on the wheel has come away from the metal frame and this is not the first Stanley wheel I know this has happened to. For use on less harsh terrain it would be fine but I'd steer clear if you're off-roading.
