I know I'm a sample of one, and it's difficult to rule out other possible reasons for my increased energy levels, but I'm convinced that it has to do with the biotin (vitamin B7). It was a subtle difference at first, but over the course of a week and a half, I definitely noticed improved energy. I was able to work longer on the projects I needed to get done without getting tired or losing focus. It was like the opposite of the "after lunch slump". Anyway, I'm convinced enough to keep taking the biotin. It's water soluble, so it's not like too much will build up in my body, and I feel like it makes a real difference to me.

I am aware that some of you may find this hard to believe, but I was taking three of these a day and my hair grew so fast that I was having to color my roots much more frequently than i wanted. I cut back to one a day. your results may vary. Great value for the money.
