Best ball for foot relief.
Top quality. I spend a lot for foot massages yet the tension never gets released. I used ping pong or bouncy balls to release the muscle tension earlier. This gives pain relief since we’re in control of the pressure and the spot where it needs to be massaged, comfortable, easy to carry, solid build yet slight flexible. Total value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Too Hard for Comfortable Massage
this Boldfit Lacrosse Massage Ball for foot and back massage, but unfortunately, I found the ball much harder than expected. The high-density construction makes it very firm, and the pressure can feel quite uncomfortable, especially when using it directly on sensitive areas or for longer periods. It may work for people who specifically prefer deep and intense pressure, but for me it was too hard for comfortable everyday use. The 60mm size is convenient to handle and the ball feels durable, but the hardness is a major drawback. I expected something that would provide massage and pressure without feeling excessively rigid.
