I purchased this Dual Lens Industrial Endoscope three weeks ago.First some backstory...I originally purchased a different model on AMZN that you use with your phone. When it arrived I saw that I needed to download an app to have it work with the phone. When I went to the App Store and looked at the app it specifically said that downloading this app gives it the ability to see EVERYTHING on your phone. Btw, the app is from a Chinese company. I decided I was better off to return this one and buy one that comes with it's own viewing screen, (meaning it doesn't use my phone and I don't have to download any apps).This Dual Lens Industrial Endoscope is great. The camera view quality is excellent. The lights are adjustable and the view also has picture quality adjustments that give you better viewing.My son dropped a screw in his bathtub drain and the magnet add-on was able to retrieve it. It also comes with mirror and a hook add-ons. The device also has a side camera so you can switch from looking forward to seeing what is on the side of the camera as well. The long semi-rigid neck is perfect for getting into hard to reach/see places.The price is ridiculously low for the quality of the camera and viewing screen.Bottom line, I'm very pleased I purchased this.

The device itself is solid, and I would LOVE to keep it, but there is no way to record or take pictures. Pictures and video are invaluable when trying to solve problems.I knew it did not support Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, which I expected and was kind of happy about since I don't want another app on my phone - but reading the reviews and watching the videos, many of them are discussing the SD card.When I opened the box to insert my brand new SD card I found the SD card slot - but it is full of Foam. Tried to remove the foam, but it's glued in (not meant to be removed).The item was advertised accurately, but the reviews/comments lead me to think that there was a feature that was removed?--------This was not their fault, and their customer service team reached out to me based on my review. I want to say that I am impressed with their active attempt to make things right - and it gives me confidence that if I purchase an item from them and it stops working or does not work as expected that they will stand behind it.

It's not perfect. I was hoping to see if there was mold in our furnace ducts, but there were too many twists and turns in the ductwork to navigate the camera far enough in. It's a mixed blessing - the amount of stiffness lets you bend the camera 'up' so that it's not just poking straight through and winding up looking at a small part of the side of the duct. But that also makes it harder to control it while trying to navigate (as above). Dual cameras is kind of amazing, this cost the same as other similar products, but they don't have that side-looking camera. I only used it once and now it's on a shelf in the garage - but I'm sure I'll manage to find other uses.And set yourself a reminder to check the battery level every three months. It'll probably be fine, but if a lithium batteries self-discharges all the way to zero, it can make it impossible for it to be recharged. Best to charge it to about 70% - 80% - lithium batteries are "happiest" in long term storage if they're not all the way at 100%.

Awesome scope clear picture and has different lighting options for a better picture. Definitely worth the money
