Like a sauna for the eyes
These are my splurge. I put one on when I go to bed and it calms and relaxes me. Sometimes I am so relaxed I fall asleep wearing one. They are like a sauna for my eyes. I totally recommend these!

Heating great - cooling terrible
Heating cornea care great- cooling terrible and doesn’t work. Do not buy the cooling. It was odd and squishy and I was afraid for my eyelashes

Definitely, it helps my dry eye problem. I can sleep at night without waking up with discomfort.

Wish it stayed cool for longer
The cool sensation provides soothing relief for eye strain and corneal irritation. Comfortable fit and easy to use. A solid option for daily eye care, though I wish the cooling effect lasted a bit longer.

Disappointed. No cooling effect
I have the ones that provide heat and they work SO well. Was very disappointed with these. Felt no cooling effect at all.

Good for on the go
It's soothing for a few minutes, but the cooling action is really dependent on ambient temperature. After 7 minutes it felt near to my skin temperature but pressing gently on it (kinda rubbing around the edges) re-triggered the cooling sensation. I pointed a fan at my face and that felt nice together. Overall, it's good for my purse if I need something on the go, but I'll have to go back to the reusable cooling eye mask that go in the refrigerator for at home relief.

Save your money
Save your money. They barely get cold and have no therapeutic value whatsoever. On the other hand, the ones that heat up are awesome and will put you to sleep in minutes.

Cooling mask doesn’t do anything?
Not sure if the pack I received is defective: I’m not experiencing any cooling or relief? Hydrogel side just feels like a weak adhesive that helps it stick to the eye area. Heating masks are great, this one is just a waste of money.
