I make mini books and use this ruler to make sure that I get everything on straight on the book pages. It works well for that and is small enough that I can keep it in the drawer of my craft table.

I purchased this product for my paper crafting. Sometimes I need to ensure that a picture, stamp, or paper cut is properly aligned on another item before gluing it and a T-square ruler helps. I had another ruler, but the material is hard plastic and can break.These rulers are made of a sturdy yet flexible plastic. They are a little thicker and wider than my other ruler. One is useful for large sheets of paper or cardstock while the smaller one is more appropriate for small pieces. Both rulers have easy to read metric and Imperial scales with an identifier on the length and width of standard cards.The only thing that I do not understand is why the product page says that there are three packs when there are only two items.

I use this for lining up items on cardstock. Just the right length to my needs. I like that it’s short. I must admit when I first received it I felt like the ruler was backwards. What I figured out was that I had it backwards because it was discreetly wrapped with scratch protection. Make sure you peel it off.

For the money you really can't go wrong with these. They are accurate, inexpensive and the right dimensions for my leather work needs. When I first unpackaged them I thought, "oh no" they're all hazy and cloudy. I quickly realized that it was a manufacturer protective film that had to be removed to reveal their crystal clear acrylic brilliance. These are GREAT!! I recommend them to anyone in the drafting or arts and crafts community. Weather or not they meet the requirements of the American board of standard weights and measures? I do not know, but for my needs, they're perfect!

I cut vinyl for crafting and t-shirt making and this helps to measure what I need from the rolls on my wall.

I am a retired product designer who specialized in plastic part design. I do not believe that this product is made with acrylic as advertised. It is NOT optically clear. The T-square that I received was translucent at best. I could not read the numbers at all. Acrylic is a relatively expensive plastic. I believe that this product was made from polyethylene, a relatively cheap plastic (think old Tupperware containers.) I returned it the same day.

Size is great, but the side that will sit flat isn't the side with US measurements (inches). Makes the tool a little less usable for measurements.
