I heard magnesium interferes with l-methylfolate absoption. How come the product has both in it?

I’m not a Dr., but I do have the double gene mutation. I have purchased 35 bottles of the other Methyl pro w co factors, when I run out I notice a huge difference. This seems to work when I can get it down, it just smells SO bad. FYI, I take neuro magnesium at night, every night.
