Can this be used as an outdoor ice bath?

Yes, this can be used for ice bath

How many gallons does this hold?

The bathtub can hold 40 gallons in full, I recommend fill 2/3 of it

Is there a lid that covers the entire tub? I am thinking to keep water for more than 1 use.

The lid can cover the bathtub's top, there is a hole on lid for head, you can find something to cover the hole, and that will keep water for more than 1 use

What is the bathtub size?

The size is 53”X23.5”X21.7”
