Handles Work Well!
These crutch handles work well! No instructions but easy to figure out. The rubber part was kind of difficult to slide into the plastic handle. I think they should have been constructed so you could remove one end so you could slip on the rubber part. All in all, I'd still recommend them.

Crappy, handles DO NOT fit each other - see updated notes
Do not buy! The rubber to go over the hard plastic hand hold is too small. You cannot pull the plastic/rubber sleeve over the hard plastic bar. It does not fit! My husband had to cut them to get it over the bar and duct tape it to keep it on. 10/16/25 update - the seller reached out and offered a replacement or refund. They promised to look at the product and correct, stating that they were not aware of the problem. Based on their response, I am choosing to add this update as they took the time to follow-up with me. I can't say if they corrected or not, but the response is welcomed and a positive indicator that they may do what they say. The decision will be yours, as I can't confirm their follow through.

It takes a bit of work to get these on; conventional screw-in is easier, but once on, these work
Updating, now that i’ve had them assembled and installed for about a week. They work well and are stable. Unlike “conventional” handgrips, the lack of the protruding length of screw and wing nut (that can come loose at the most inopportune time) is attractive. Customer service seems very engaged. But they require some significant assembly, which is fairly intuitive.. It’s not hard, but there are no hints on the assembly. For example: 1) you have to slide the handgrip cushion onto the hard plastic handle with the 2 circular slides. It’s nearly impossible to do dry because of the tightness of the cushion. You really need some sort of lubricant to get the grip over the handle Hint: I smeared dish soap on all of the parts & it slid on much more easily. The dishsoap washes away pretty cleanly 2) you have to attach the orange clips to the handle using the steel pins. They don’t go in very easily; nor should they…you need those pins to be tight so that the whole thing doesn’t come appart. But you won’t get them in by hand. Hint: I initially “set” the pin in one of the handle’s holes and then gently hammered it into place thru the clip. 3) You have to pull the top armpiece off of the crutches so that the handle slides over the metal tubes. It’s a minot inconvenience that a “conventional” handle doesn’t need, since all you do there is unscrew the old handle and replace it. Still, be prepared to pull off any arm cushion or tape system you’ve got on the armpiece, and then replace it. 4) once you’ve slid the new grips over the tubes, adjustment to the appropriate height is fairly easy, but… The orange clip doesn’t slide into the hole smoothly or securely. I had to gently hammer the clips in before they would seat well (and confidently enough that they wouldn’t come out and let go while i was using the crutch). As a pro, the hand grip cushions are comfortable. It does seem that future adjustment will be straightforward, but i’d still plan on hammering the clip into the hole to make sure it’s secure.

Great for all terrains
I am an amputee and I used crutches on a daily basis. These are the best replacements for crutch bottoms you can find. They are durable and withstand the elements.

False Advertsing
This is the furthest thing from easy. There’s no instructions. Frankly it’s less obnoxious, frustrating and maddening to just spend a few extra dollars for new crutches.
