La Asus PRIME B760-PLUS D4 me ha parecido una placa base muy completa y fiable. La instalación fue sencilla, reconoce bien los componentes y ofrece una buena estabilidad en el uso diario. Tiene una conectividad bastante completa, con varias ranuras M.2 para SSD, PCIe 5.0 y compatibilidad con memoria DDR4, algo muy útil si quieres actualizar el equipo sin tener que cambiar también la RAM teniendo en cuenta lo cara que esta actualmente. En mi caso, funciona de forma estable y no he tenido problemas de rendimiento ni de temperaturas. En general, es una buena opción para montar un PC equilibrado, tanto para trabajar como para jugar. Me parece una placa recomendable por su relación calidad-precio y por la confianza que da Asus en este tipo de componentes.

The Wins for a Desktop/Office Build: Modern Connectivity: One of the best things about this board is the USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port on the back. For moving large files or connecting modern peripherals, having that 20Gbps speed is a massive time-saver. Plus, the front-panel USB-C header means your case’s ports actually stay useful. Rock-Solid Stability: The power delivery (VRMs) is robust enough that I never worry about system hangs or instability during heavy multitasking. It handles 12th, 13th, and 14th Gen Intel processors with ease, providing a very "smooth" Windows experience. Storage Options: With three M.2 slots, I’ve been able to expand my storage without ever needing slow, bulky mechanical hard drives. Having everything on NVMe makes the whole OS feel instantaneous. DDR4 Compatibility: Since it uses DDR4, it allowed me to use reliable, high-capacity memory without the early-adopter headaches of newer standards. It’s a proven, stable platform. Whisper Quiet: The Fan Xpert 2+ software is excellent for office use. I can set the fans to an "Extreme Quiet" mode where they barely spin during word processing or web browsing, making the PC virtually silent. The "Real World" Realities: No Built-in Wi-Fi: This specific model doesn't come with Wi-Fi or Bluetooth out of the box (though it has an M.2 Key E slot if you want to add it later). For an office PC usually plugged into Ethernet, the 2.5Gb LAN port is more than enough, but it's something to keep in mind if you need a wireless connection. Professional Aesthetics: It’s a clean-looking board with a silver-on-black theme. It doesn't have built-in RGB LEDs, which I actually prefer for a professional desktop. It looks like a piece of serious hardware rather than a toy. Standard BIOS: The ASUS UEFI BIOS is widely considered the easiest to navigate. Even if you aren't a "techie," it’s very simple to go in and make sure your memory is running at the right speed or to check your system temperatures. The Verdict: The ASUS Prime B760-PLUS D4 is a perfect "set it and forget it" motherboard. It provides the high-speed ports and stability you need for a modern workstation without making you pay for features an office user will never use.
