Awesome upgrade for my 2007 BMW X5 M E79 with the CCC stereo unit. Everything works just as advertised though I have not been able to find a cellular provider that will provide a 4G simm card for it. If anyone has any ideas on where to get one I would appreciate that information. Very very satisfied customer and the one issue I had with the idrive and factory graphics showing was quickly rectified by the customer service team. Would definitely buy again.

Sent seller two messages over 3 days, no response received. Apparently no support for this device. Buyer beware.

The media could not be loaded. Bought this a month ago and finally had it installed yesterday. I am very pleased. It's very easy to navigate all of the apps and features. I would highly recommend this stereo.

No clear installation instructions were provided, and no customer service information was in the manual. Amazon messages were unanswered. I watched a different Brand's (PEMP) video to figure some stuff out. It says on the Amazon link to put Optic Cable with the original connection but you are supposed to move to the new connection or no sound. Still having issues reading SIM Chip; Andriod Auto is not connecting via blue tooth or wired via USB. NEED HELP.
