Vitamin D3 & K2 Oral Spray

This is now the only vitamin D supplement I use, and I’m extremely happy with it. The spray format makes it incredibly simple — no tablets to swallow, no water needed, just two quick sprays in the morning and that’s it. It takes seconds and fits perfectly into my routine. The taste is pleasant and not overpowering, so it doesn’t feel like a chore to take. I actually prefer this method far more than traditional capsules. In more recent times it has been found that vitamin D is better absorbed when taken along with K2 and that's what this Better You spray delivers in just three delicious sprays in the mouth every day. This is the higher strength of D3&K2 that BetterYou sell, research into vitamin D is now also suggesting that many of us have a genetic predisposition to requiring more vitamin D, so I guess in the absence of a move to a tropical island or year round sunshine holidays (I wish!), this is a useful replacement. BetterYou oral spray supplement are really easy to use and are backed by decent science that they are efficacious. This one small bottle will last around 30 days (3 sprays per day) for one person, which makes it very cost effective. It's also small enough to keep in your bag, pocket or glove box to have to hand in case you forget your daily dose of sunshine substitution. Quick tip: Vitamin D is fat soluble so if you want to make sure you're getting the most out of this spray, use after you have eaten some good fats; Kefir, yoghurt, Brazil nuts ('only 2 per day or you'll get fat' as my old GP used to say!) etc - unfortunately crisps do not count as 'good fats' which has been a source of deep disappointment throughout my life. This is a good product, at a good price, easy to use from a good company with impressive credentials and backed by solid research.

I’ve been using this vitamin D spray for a couple of months now and overall I’m really happy with it. It’s easy to use, tastes fine (which isn’t always the case with sprays), and it’s much more convenient than swallowing tablets. I keep it by my toothbrush so I remember to take it every morning, and it’s just become part of my routine. I do feel better when I’m taking it consistently – especially through the darker months. It’s hard to measure exactly, but I definitely notice fewer dips in energy compared to when I forget to supplement. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that it doesn’t seem to last the full 30 days as stated, even though I’m sticking strictly to the recommended dosage. I find I’m running out a few days earlier than expected, which is slightly frustrating when you’re trying to reorder in time. That said, I would still repurchase. It’s good quality, simple to use, and does what it’s supposed to – I just wish it stretched a little further.

I suffer from a vitamin d deficiency which requires me to keep myself topped up as much as possible. I use this spray and the taste is nice, if you like spearmint. It's really easy to apply you essentially spray into the side of your mouth for three sprays once a day and if you have stomach issues you don't need to worry as it'll be absorbed through your mouth instead. Ive found it's helped stabalise my mood and I woudnt do without it.

I bought this spray many times. Both from Amazin and a local pharmacy. Easy to use. Daily dose of 3 sprays onto inner cheek gives 3000 IU (75ug) of D3 and 75 ug of K2. Tastes sweet and minty.

I’ve been using this brand for years now. I get regular tests done,and this definitely gets my levels up to where they should be.

After several courses of antibiotics,my gut isn’t absorbing vitamins.this spray is direct to blood vessels in mouth so absorbing great.
