INJORA 24T/12T 6g Alloy Steel Helical Gear Set for 1/18 TRX4M Front Rear Axles(2PCS)

Before these were introduced back in Dec 2022, the rear diff of the TRX-4M had issues where the rear diff would click if you're going in reverse up an incline (stuff you would do during a crawl) and you could hear the stock plastic diff gear teeth skipping due to its loose tolerances. These diffs will fortify and improve your gear mesh as it's now perfectly aligned.

Everything worked as described. I changed the gear ratio and was striping gears like butter. Swapped out to these bad boys and this thing feels unstoppable now. Showed up at my door on time as well.

Please read my entire review:Quality of these things is crazy for the price. The gears seem to be hardened as well from what I can tell, gear mesh is pretty decent and no binding! Love that these are helical gears similar to real trucks.**As the title states, theses are not compatible with the stock bushings. The differential shoulders are knurled to grip onto the inner race of the bearing kits. Obviously if you decide to run the bushing and go against my advice you will end up with either severe binding or badly worn differential carrier bushings. Buy any bearing kit with this purchase.Some modification is required**So now the pinion bearing fit is extremely tight and you will not be able to slide the pinion down onto the bearings as intended. To remedy this I chucked the tip of the pinion gears. Onto my drill gently and with a tiny sliver of 800 grit sand paper, spun/sanded the shaft/ bearing fit down so to resolve this issue. At medium speed with 800 grit this took less than 1 minute of sanding/spinning and voila. Done. I had fast eddy bearings, results may vary.

No instructions provided & binds when installed with injora's own bearings in a stock plastic diff assemblyalso 2 shims were provided that seemingly do nothing? Apparently someone people take sand paper to these parts and still gives them 5 stars. I, on the other hand don't have time to do what Injora should've done from the factory.

After adding quite a bit of brass to my TRX4M, the plastic factory diff gear in the front finally started failing. Just finished installing the Injora steel diffs and I am amazed at how much slop went out of the drivetrain. They fit perfectly in my truck. I'm running stainless Injora axles, replacement sealed bearings, and Treal brass diff covers. The mesh on the helical gears is perfect - super smooth on the set I received. Highly recommend. Ordering a second set now for my son's TRX4M.

I’ve read some reviews where people had issues fitting the bearings on the ring and pinion but mine went on absolutely perfect! Great quality as usual, I’m very happy with them, a great upgrade!

As of my purchase date of 3/28/23 they seemed to have fixed the issue of the pinion gear shaft not fitting correctly. Mine feel great and seem to work perfectly.
