Value for money:I’ve tried so many products to help stretch my neck and relieve “tech neck” tightness. Within the first 5 minutes of laying down with this I was able to take DEP diaphragm breaths. After a week my neck is less tight and my shoulders less hunched and I feel like my whole chest is opening up. Start with just a few minutes a day and work up to 10-20 minutes a day make sure you are laying down just as they tell you too ( it’s the most effective position). I 10000% recommend!!!

This thing is AMAZING.I use it ten minutes or so — turn my neck and head a bit and my neck pops over and over. When I get up I feel so loose and like my neck is glowing — I don’t know what other words to use here, but I think it just feels like blood is circulating, and the muscles are looser and less tense. I had been dealing with tech neck and painful shoulders and this has been a godsend. My very stiff and inflexible partner is also able to use it without problems and finds that it makes his neck feel better as well. It’s just a very nice stretch. It doesn’t have any weird smell. It’s small enough to store easily and not clutter up the house too much.

I’ve been dealing with scoliosis and poor posture from that condition my whole life. Every few months I will have a flair up where muscles in my shoulder will spasm, causing me to raise my shoulder out of place, causing further discomfort and fatigue.This posture corrector has actually helped so much! It did in a few hours what two weeks of muscle relaxers and anti inflammatories couldn’t do!The only draw back is how difficult it is to adjust. You also need to wear tighter fitting clothing while using this, otherwise your shirt will bunch up in the armpits and around the collar.

Product is very hard. Adjusted it numerous times, but ultimately he was extremely uncomfortable caused headaches and neck pain within minutes.

This neck stretcher has been a game changer! I fell in the tub a year ago and landed on the base of my skull. It stretched the muscle going from my skull all the way to my mid back. Fast forward a year where my neck is so stiff I have had trouble sleeping. I finally went to PT to learn stretches and exercises to strengthen my neck, back and shoulder muscles. My PT recommended this pillow to supplement my exercises. It helps stretch the spasming muscles each day. I’ve instantly seen relief! After a year of trying everything else!

I don't know what to say about it I don't know what it's supposed to do you just lay on it it's hard it doesn't do anything. I didn't like it at all

This is the best thing I have ever done for my neck. This is the real deal. Spinal Stenosis of the cervical spine is what brought me here, looking for relief. Now, in a day of pain and struggling to hold my head up and, at times, actually holding my head up with my hands (this will make sense to some; be grateful if you do not relate), this is the relief I look forward to at day's end. I regret not buying sooner.
