My original Panasonic remote died. Looked on Panasonic website, they wanted a lot more for a different but compatible remote. Put the part number into Amazon and this came up at a fraction of the cost, made by a different company. If you look at the photo, the new one is on the left and my dead Panasonic is on the right. They are not just similar, they are as close to identical as you can get.Needless to say, the new one just works. It is very nicely made, the same quality of materials, everything.The low price made me think I was taking a chance, but this product has exceeded my expectations because it is just as good as a Panasonic original.

Works properly

After nearly 10 years my remote was completely knackered with failing buttons, in particular the ok button. This remote seems to be the same and has given my TV a new lease of life. Highly recommended to those in a similar situation.

This is OK. Only thing that does not work as per the original is the "Guide" button.

Everything works except the guide button. Every time I push it I get Netflix up instead of the guide programme chart.

Easy for install

when pressing ther buttons it seems to work sometimes and then againon other times not at all. Seems a very flimsy control.

The old handset was not functioning properly any more & was next to useless.Simply add batteries to the new handset & all functions are restored!It's a little lighter & a very slightly different shape but apart from the branding, unless you have the new & old together, you probably wouldn't notice the difference!
