Order this after looking at a lot of options out there. Arrived fast and nothing was missing from the package. It lifted my van with no problems and did not dropped at all in all 45min that I was working on the wheel. I had a Jack stand under and the distance was the same from the beginning. Dropping down the vehicle was smooth as well. No leaking so far.

The jack package arrived in good condition. One caster rear wheel stud had the nut over torqued and not seated properly. Stud was at a slight angle and split lock washer and threads were damaged. I had to remove that nut and fix, add an additional thick flat washer, lock washer than torque nut to remaining good section of thread. Good thing the studs had plenty of length. Other caster wheel was removed and found ball bearings on this one without grease. Greased and added flat washer to make the same. Front wheels are very loose and checked those. Added grease to bushings since they were dry. Noticed excessive tolerance especially on one of the front wheels. Will possibly find small shims to fix in future. Hydraulics of jack worked good as expected. These are assembly and tolerance issues that could easily be fixed to make jack 5 star.

A basic jack for DIY projects on your car. Carry handle is a nice feature. I have used this several times and no complaints.

Only used it once so far. Works great low profile in front nice 🙂

When lowering the jack, it is uncontrollable. It drops like a rock, trapping me between the truck and the ground. Also, heavy. Do NOT lower this jack while under vehicle. You cannot control the rate of drop!!!

Little leverage creates difficulty in operation and it started slowly “leaking” off after 2 uses. I would not buy again Positives are price and lightweight

keep it in the car, and have used many times now, never for my own car, but to help others out... works great always, and easy to get around, seems well constructed...

Tiene buena capacidad y esta bastante bien para trabajos caseros, no es recomendable traerlo en el coche como gato para emergencias es. MUy pesado y estorboso, pero para trabajos en casa y eso es excelente

Nice jack, and works very well. Just replaced an older one, and the Big Red is much better. Good price too, compared to the competition. About the only downside was that mine came without the carry handle.
