Easy installation and super bright light

Bought these for the back of my kayak. Haven't installed them yet, because the longer ones I HAD on the front of my boat lost their adhesive backing and simply fell off in the water. If you're going to sell adhesive lighting for kayaks, perhaps the adhesive can at least outlast the LED lighting? I mean I don't know! These things will probably go out in a garage sale someday. They won't be going anywhere near my Hobie!

Despite preparing the surface before installing, these don’t adhere well to my Old Town Sportsman Autpilot. My solution was to cut velcro to size and that worked perfectly.It’s always a bit nerve wracking to drill into your kayak, but once you get past that the installation is easy.

Not sure if it’s the cord or the green strip. I already installed red and it works. I ordered another set to see what is wrong. I will be returning the broken set.
