Works great till I used it the first time. Spring broke and would not retrack all the way. Had to cut off over half the leash and reattach the hook.

We bought this for a cat that we did not yet have. It did not work at all. The button was junk and there was absolutely zero retraction to the cord. Since we were past the 30 day date of purchase, we were no longer allowed to return the broken item.

High quality, easy to use, works as expected, locking mechanism works extremely well, very comfortable in the hand and the clip is reasonably sized.

This is not a good/reliable dog leash. In less than a few weeks, the leash is stuck, will not retract.

I bought this leash on May 22nd for walking my 8 pound Shih Tzu. It worked great for a few walks then part of it would not retract. I took the leash clip off, cut off the excess tape and reattached the leash hook. Today July 15th the tape just came out of the handle and would not retract at all. Would not purchase this brand again

It’s a fairly nice leash. It’s got a good grip and fits my hand. My only problem with it is when you push the button to lock the leash it sticks, until I get it home and push on it extra hard. I’ve had to walk my dog home on 4ft of leash.

It’s to big for my dog. It said 0-50 pds. And mu 4 pound is struggling, pulling the leash

Works great at a good price. Very smooth operation and a good length of leash. Just for reference my dog is 15 pounds so he’s not too tough on the pulling, but I think it could withstand a much bigger dog. My dog does chew on it a lot and it has held up fine. Would purchase again.
