Woulf this fit 18 year old

perhaps a v small 18 year old ... maybe - but probably not. I bought them for my then 5 and 7 year olds.

Is this suitable for a two year old with a larger than average head (52-54cm)?

i would say that there's a chance it will be on the big side. I bought one for my, then, 7yo and my 5yo and they fitted both. my 5yo probably has a slightly smaller head too. Not sure if that will help. I'd say for the money it is definitely worth taking a chance on and will be something they can use next year/year after if too big. We took ours to Lapland where it went down to -27degress - the balaclavas were amazing! we would have struggled without them. Hope it helps a little
