does it come with a bracelet or a mount for a bike?

It comes with two straps. One smaller diameter one that works for wrapping it on tubing like a bike handle. The other is a wrist strap similar to the ones that come with an Apple Watch. Hope that helps.

can it control multiple x3’s?

I’m not sure cause I only have one camera. But, since there’s a button in insta360 x3 that will connect the remote, it will only work one camera at a time. You can probably install the remote in three different cameras but can only use it one camera at a time. It’s not instantaneously connected.

Does this remote needs micro disk card, if yes what's the minimum GB?

No it is just a remote no storage is needed for it.
