I stumbled on MCT oil accidentally, and after reading about what it's all about I thought I would give it a try, this stuff is fine, as it says it's flavourless, and I believe it curbs my appetite, especially before my aqua sessions.I would have liked the bottles to have held more.

Nice sized bottles. Like that it's glass and not plastic. No taste so great for food or drink. Great value. This is my go to oil.

Top can't be removed
I've used this oil for some time. It's great. However the last 2 bottles could not be opened as the top just kept spinning. Thread would not open at all. Must be a bad batch
