My lights stopped working as desired after 6 months of use only. It is now stuck on red color does not respond to app, the brightness of light is reduced and while the app shows connected it has not effect on the light. I am stuck with these lights because they are hardscaped in the flower bed with stone and brick work. Not sure if seller can help with this.

Keeps disconnecting the lighting from the hub & showing it as offline, or it's online (if you get lucky) and the lighting is not responsive to changes you make through the app. I wish I can return it but already installed it to the retaining wall. Not recommended at all.

I had to request a replacement because nothing work when I first hooked everything up. Once the replacement came, I just needed to use the Bluetooth controller and all the lights worked.The lights are great and better than I expected. I purchased these lights to put on a seating wall around my firepit in my backyard. Setup and connections were easy. My only gripe so far is the Bluetooth module and hub. While they do work, you must be in Bluetooth range to change light settings. I guess it's my fault for not understanding that this was not a complete wireless system.I probably would have purchased something else had I done my research. What is the point of the Alexa/Google integration if you can't make changes when not close to the Bluetooth module. Maybe I have it wrong, and hopefully someone can correct me.Overall, I am happy the way the lights work and look but wish I didn't have to be basically at the lights to make color changes or power off the lights.

These look great and function well in link with google home app. The pairing was a bit hard with two sets but found out you cant link 2 sets of these to one receiver, You have to pair one to one wifi hub and with two sets each did come with it's own wifi hub, don't try and pair 2 to one to save time and a plug, I couldnt get that to work. Otherwise fantastic for the price and look awesome.

I purchases two of the hardscape sets. Installed and connected both sets to one gateway, one set was very difficult to get connected. House wifi went out so everything was disconnected then back on a day later. We cannot get anything connected back to the gateway, if we get it connected it will not stay online. I have tried contacting Cloudy Bay with no response. I would not recommend purchasing these due to the connection issues and lack of support from the Brand.UPDATE- after writing the review the company reached out and we made some changes. Things to keep in mind - make sure there is a line of sight to the wifi. We had the transformer on the stran on the other side of a retaining wall that was not able to reach wifi. Notes- keep it close to the house within 5 feet.

The system worked only one time and features degraded when accessed via app, that is after i switched off the system, was unable to switch the lights one, but could do only via the transformer. Second time, discove of devices was extremely painful. Spent more than an hour with no success. System is very expensive, and support is horrible.

Great Lights & Great Value

Lights needs extension which is no where available, lights are useless with the 4 ft extension it come with. There is no customer service number to call to get extension. Extension is not available in HD or Lowes. My $40K project is on hold because of these lights.
