A beautiful and rich Balsamic vinegar - I can't recommend enough!
I had been looking for a good but fairly cost-effective Balsamic vinegar to try for a while when I came across this one on Amazon. I read a number of the reviews and was pleased to see that there were more positive than negative ones - I always make a point of reading the negative reviews, usually first, so I can get a more rounded picture of the product. All I can say is I'm glad I bought it. The vinegar has a lovely, syrupy consistency, so if you want to make your own Balsamic glaze/reduction I believe it would reduce down quickly due to the thickness of the product. When it first arrived and I had opened the package I tried a bit on a teaspoon. I ended up having to stop myself after about half a dozen teaspoonsful! To me, it tastes divine! Products that I've bought in the past labelled as "Balsamic vinegar" have been poorer versions that have been watered down with thinner vinegars and now I know that I won't be going back to anything less than this one. I even went through a short phase with this bottle of "what will this vinegar go with?", trying it on sweet foods as well as savoury. N.B., it goes really well with ice cream and sorbet as well as fruits such as strawberries and melon (I tried it with watermelon and it went really nicely, even though the melon juice did water the Balsamic down a bit). To say I became a bit crazed about putting it on almost all of what I was eating wouldn't be an understatement. We were eating a lot of salads. It went on loads of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, etc.I might see if I can afford a bottle of aged Balsamic when I buy this one next time, then I can compare the qualities of both products. But for an unaged product, this really is lovely and if you like a "young" Balsamic vinegar I don't think you will be disappointed if you decide to buy this one.Just as a side note, the bottle doesn't come with a pouring spout, but that's no big hassel as the bottle top enables relatively easy pouring when you take the cork out and as the liquid is thick it's not like you'll get the whole bottle dumped out at once on whatever you use it on. Do make sure you wipe the rim of the bottle after each use though (whether that's with your finger or a piece of kitchen roll is up to you) because you will probably get a little of the liquid granulating around that edge. Also, the small cork bottle shown in the picture on the product description doesn't come with it so don't be disappointed when you don't get that with it.

Very Good
Really like this balsamic. I know you can spend a lot more, but this one gives a significant lift over your supermarket options. Nice consistency and great taste. I’ll try something more expensive one day maybe, but for now I’ll keep buying this. It’s enjoyable.

Great flavour and well priced
A very good balsamic that is reasonably priced can be tricky to find. It needs to have just enough thickness, not to runny to know there is some depth of flavour. After reading other reviews I tried this and have not been disappointed. It is sweet enough without being cloying. Works great in dressing, marinade or in a sauce. I like that it is easy to open and use with the cork style top than a screw cap, and an excellent price.

Best Taste
A little pricey but well worth it! Really delicious and a good consistency. Love the bottle too!

Good quality balsamic
Good but not my favourite one. Thick and sits well in the olive oil but a bit too tart for me. I like a sweeter balsamic. My friends loved it though so definitely a matter of personal taste.

Decent stuff
Quite thick consistency which I like, taste good but not quite powerful enough. Low acidity which I also like. Have purchased a couple of times. Bottle with pour lip and cork work well.
