Troubling complaint
Great labels but unfortunately 1 out of every 6 i buy doesn't work and it's too much trouble to send back. I think they need to improve their quality control and testing.

Be gentle with this cartridge
I am a losing confidence in these products. I do a lot labeling and the design of this specific item should be re-evaluated. I planned on using it for the first time with my M210 to label a patch panel. The first time I tried printing the tape got stuck because it's so thin and flimsy. I had to try and clear the label maker of the tape that got stuck. I put the put the cartridge back in and then the thin piece of plastic at the tip of the cartridge broke off. So now I'm stuck with a broken cartridge that doesn't hold the tape in. It still worked but then the issue with the M210 label maker. The M210 label maker, as of now, only has two preset settings for the spacing between the numbers for the patch panel (24 port patch panel). The spacing is not correct. Even the greatest spacing isn't enough spacing for the patch panel. So I had to do it the old fashioned way. Only 4 numbers could be typed with 8 spaces in between because of the character limitation. The other limitation for this size of label is the font size and not able to use bold for the largest size available. I am now actively looking at other label makers for the type of work I do and a 1/4 inch label and cartridge that is more durable.
