Tastes fantastic but very expensive for the quantity available!

Good Poudre comes in a resealable bag and has a long shelf life.
This is good Poudre De Colombo, which is a versatile Caribbean spice.It is slightly spicy but not hot with a sweet tang.This spice can be used to flavour meats and fish and used in dips for instance with mayo or cream fraiche.I first discovered it as part of a BBQ recipe for spiced Chicken Thighs and King Prawn skewers, which is now a family favourite. It is mixed with lime zest, sugar, and oil and left to marinate for a couple of hours until needed. It is delicious and highly recommended.It is hard to find in local supermarkets, so I was pleased to get this 35g bag on Amazon.It comes in a useful resealable bag and has a long shelf life, mine expires in August 2022.It is suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans and is Gluten Free.

Made a gorgeous Caribbean Coconut Chicken curry with this, not too hot, not too mild, just right. I love it and the spice company is amazing, I use their website for recipes!

This doesn’t actually contain fish, contrary to another review, but confusingly there is a recipe for fish curry on the back whose ingredients are more prominent (and on mine there was a sticker over the actual ingredients)
