Gas Cooktop, Update2
Update 2:The seller is sending a new set of decals to replace the ones that wash off. Hopefully the ink they use is not water soluble. The seller stated that the original printing is silk screen. Since it's printed on Stainless steel, I wonder why it wasn't laser etched?Update: operating as expected, however the printing comes off when washed with soap and water. I'll be looking for a solution.Purchased this unit for my travel trailer remodel. Overall the install went well. Makes the kitchen area a little more modern. There are a couple issues: First, the 2 hold down brackets are too few, there should be 4. I ended up cutting the two to make the 4 I think it needed. Second, the 90° elbow supplied looks like an accident waiting to happen. The trailer LP supply is at 11"wc (approximately 0.3 psi), so in theory clamping a propane hose to it could work? I discarded it and purchased brass flare fittings to make the final hook-up.The advertisement photo on the Web site shows a brass flare fitting included; it was not supplied with the 12" model so plan for a hardware store visit.

Decent , Takes a little effort
If you plan to use with propane you change the jets first from NG to LG also the instructions don't tell you to flip the the plunger on the regulator cap this may be where many have had issues. The brackets supplied don't really line up so strap brackets worked best for me.The flame from low to high is minimal in range on a bottle. It does the job for a side burner for heating not for complex cooking. Doesn't do well in windy outdoor weather. All in all it's decent and does what you expect a budget burner to do.

Good Quality and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I am editing my original review to 5 stars.while I did have a problem with the original burner, later only to find that it was caused by me using the wrong size psi regulator, and did sent it back to Amazon and got a refund.I can not say enough about this burner and the company that sells it Fine Technology. They contacted me asap expressing concern about the problem with the stove and sent me a replacement. Not only did they send the replacement but followed up a week later to make sure that all was well.EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

101st review. Used, not new. Dents. cup stains. Missing screw. Too late to return.
I bought this thing a while back, figuring when I had the time I would install it. DON'T DO THAT. When I finally got some time to do this, I cut out a spot for it and placed it in it. Right off the bat I noticed a ring from where someone had set a cup of juice or something. I was annoyed but it wasn't the end of the world. I didn't have time to connect the lines, so we went camping with it just sitting in it's spot. If I had time while camping, I would finish it. Well, I didn't. So I used a different grill outside. That was last weekend. Today, I decided to pick up where I left off and finish it. I'm looking at the underside, figuring things out, when I noticed some dents. Then I hear something inside, like a little screw bouncing around when I tipped it. I looked around for where it might have come from and saw some scarring from a lock washer, where the nut once was. So, I'm thinking the valve mechanism was hitting the metal as it was thrown from one spot to another in the process of shipping.I not sure if this thing is safe to use now. What if there's a leak from the banging around? I can't return it. It has been months since I bought this and it's probably just one incident, but my rule from now on is, look it over thoroughly before letting it sit for too long. That's a normal rule, I just let this one get by.I tried to upload some PDF images, but they a unsupported.

Pretty cheap quality...
Nothing wrong with seller, but the overall quality of this item is pretty crappy. Flimsy, would recommend spending a bit more $ to get a better item.
