This is the perfect little pick me up when you need a little boost. There is enough caffeine to do the job without making you feel jittery. It is a little bundle of goodness. They are not overall too sweet, just the right amount of chocolate. The size is perfect. They fit easily into a purse, backpack or jacket pocket. Definity worth buying.

The peanut butter flavor is my absolute favorite! These arrived quickly and were packaged in a cool right wrap with ice packs, which I really appreciated because it kept everything from melting during shipping. A friend at work introduced me to Awake Chocolates, and after trying one, I knew I had to order my own. I occasionally deal with migraines, and that day I had a lingering headache, I tried one of these chocolates. About 30 minutes later, I felt much better. While this is absolutely not a medical recommendation and everyone's experience may be different, they seem to work well for me. What I love most is that they provide just enough caffeine to help with that afternoon slump without keeping me awake at night. Even better, you don't taste the caffeine at all. What you do taste is creamy milk chocolate, smooth peanut butter, and rich caramel. The texture is refined and deliciously smooth—not waxy or grainy like some chocolate products can be. They're incredibly tasty, which might be their only downside because it's easy to want more than one! If you're looking for a delicious chocolate treat with a little caffeine boost, these are definitely worth trying. I will absolutely be ordering them again, worth the cost.

The chocolate is good quality and tastes great. I find there is plenty of caffeine in them but I have been off caffeine for 10 years and just recently started again.

I am not getting paid or persuaded for this review, I just figured that since I have purchased these chocolates enough times, I should leave my review. My purchases arrive quickly, though I will say they arrive faster now that I purchase two bags at once. I am a milk chocolate fan so I can only speak for those and I think they taste great and now enjoy the milk chocolate variety pack. I have not had any issues with them melting, they are thick pieces of chocolate (especially the regular bars) and require at least two bites to be somewhat ladylike. The thickness also has the added benefit of making me slow down to eat them and allow the caffeine time to kick in. As for the texture of the chocolate, it seems like any normal chocolate bar should feel like (smooth without any waxy or dry crumbly reactions when bitten into). Most important though, they give me the energy I need to get moving. Since each chocolate is equivalent to half a cup of coffee, the energy surge is not too shocking to my system. However, you can always cut the chocolate in half if you are concerned for your own reactions to the caffeine. All ‘n all I find that they are an easy grab and go energy boost that I can throw into a purse or a bag.

Delicious. Packed in a “ cooling” package.. however the cold pack was melted, hot. Chocolates had melted. Put in refrigerator immediately upon delivery. Chocolate is hardening now, but the melt/ reform is evident in the taste.

I absolutely love these, and they're a nice snack later in the day when I need something sweet and a little boost of energy. Peanut butter, caramel, and plain milk chocolate are all good. I previously bought the dark chocolate mint and they were a bit dryer than what I like, so won't do those again. The price is a bit much, but it is what it is I suppose.

I worked night shifts as a janitor when I got these; two pieces of chocolate kept me going for my whole shift without giving me jitters. Normally I'd need at least 2-4 cups of coffee to pull that off; to top it off, the chocolates are delicious! The caramel is my favorite and it took a lot of discipline to stop myself from only having two, lest I end up bouncing off the walls. Highly recommend to my fellow graveyard shifters as a quick coffee alternative!

I love these things! They are a great afternoon pick me up when your energy levels is dropping and they are especially good to bring on strenuous activities like hikes. I always have them on hand in my backpack and they have saved me a couple times when my energy levels felt non existent. The peanut butter one is my favourite then the original then the caramel. All good though!

These definitely help you maintain a level of focus throughout the day and they taste delicious. I would urge caution though to watch your caffeine intake. One mug of coffee in the morning and 2 afternoon chocolates had me pretty jittery.
