Black Cocoa - great for baking
This is a great extra dark cocoa for baking. I've used it as the only cocoa in recipes as well as mixed with lighter cocoas. Adds a rich dark chocolate flavor. Not as bitter as some dark cocoas.

Best value for the money
Easily the BEST cacao powder I’ve purchased for the money. Excellent quality, mixes well. Tastes delicious. I’ve had many brands, and this wins again and again. What’s even more impressive is that Anthony’s has other product lines that also stand out.

Really good! Exactly what I hoped for!
Tastes just like oreo cookies! Mixes well with other cocoa powders. Very fresh tasting, very strong flavor. Dark color. Not bitter. The more I use this, the more I want to find other ways to use it! (Gluten free brownie pancakes anyone?) I find myself using far less sugar with this cocoa powder.

Better than any high priced brands!
Dark, dark, chocolate. Deep flavor with a high percentage of fat. Added to morning coffee starts my day off right!

Perfect for black buttercream (instructions on how to make it jet black from white)
This cocoa powder is amazing to make black buttercream without having to add a ton of food coloring which can make the taste bitter. This cocoa powder makes the buttercream kind of taste like oreo! I had absolutely no texture issues and my buttercream was easy to smooth out. I mixed it into white buttercream (might be easier to mix into chocolate buttercream but I was using vanilla at the time so just went for it. It was easy to mix in. I microwaved a third after it was a dark gray and mixed it back in to the rest and it immediately got darker. It also got darker as it sat. I only used it for the outer layer because the taste was supposed to be vanilla and this coverage is seriously only with 2 or 3 mm thickness. Everyone loved the look of this cake and no one had black teeth. This package will last for sooo long too. It's a great value. It has no additional ingredients and can even be used for sugar-free baking!
