Solgar quality
You can actually feel the difference with Solgar products. A friend asked me why I choose Solgar when they are always more expensive... Well, if they take that much effort to pack their product in a glass bottle and with cotton on top to maintain integrity of the tablets - it's because their is precious cargo inside. For "bulk" usage I tend to go for Vitabiotics or Zipvit. But when I need the real, real deal - it's always Solgar first choice, then H&B branded.

I was looking for a vitamin b supplement that was not too strong. After a while on google this product seemed to fit my needs the best. The pills are a reasonable size (paracetamol capsule size) and there is no strange after taste. Be prepared though as they turn your wee illumines yellow!!! I feel as though they are doing their job as I am less tired and seem to have a bit more energy on the whole. Good value for money - I would definitely recommend 👍

I didn't realise the high potency of these. So I use them 2/3 a week. They are watet soluble so your body will clear the excess anyway. But it will just be a waste of money to use everyday as I do not require such i high potency daily. So next time I will look for one closer to the daily requirements. However, I do feel the difference in terms of energy levels and joint pain
