Comfy... after a while.
Now that I've had this a while, I love it. It was alright when I got it, but it was so firm that it sometimes caused more neck pain than not using it. However, after a while of using it, the firmness settled down into something just right. It seemed awfully large when I first saw it, but after using it—once the firmness settled, anyway—I've decided I like it a lot. It's nice to lean your head against.

Best neck pillow
I had one of these that I had gotten years and years ago. I was so happy to find a new one on Amazon, it's exactly the same as my old one, so now I'm comfortable again, it's the same size as my old one. You can use it at home, on the go. I'm a back, and side sleeper and with this neck pillow it functions for both positions with comfort. The quality is worth the price!

Some possible allergy response?
People with grain allergies may feel the effects of symptoms because of the scent (therefore dust) included as the buckwheat breaks down with use.

I don't like the fit
This neck pillow is just OK. It doesn't fit comfortably around my neck or securely. I'm disappointed.

Great neck pillow
I purchased this for a relative who lives in an assisted living facility and he was complaining about his upper body always being cold and his shoulders were achy. He loves this pillow and uses it all day! He said he is now very warm and his shoulder pain is gone! It was well worth the money!

Very, very firm. Exactly what I was looking for. It you want something soft, this pillow is not for you.

Not Good For Herniated Disc In Neck
Bought because of herniated disc in neck due to service connected injury and what the description says about relieving pain and discomfort. This pillow is very hard and uncomfortable. Unlike previous buckwheat pillows I’ve previously used. Really wish I could find the same one I had before but it’s been years and wasn’t purchased via Amazon. Trying to return it but Amazon saying without the original box and label shipping is on me. Will see if someone else can use it that doesn’t have the neck issues I have.

Comfortable and Adjustable
I purchased this pillow to replace a many years old buckwheat pillow that had burst its seams and been sewed together and resewed multiple times. When I received my new pillow, it was too firm; however, I was able to unzip the cover and unzip the the inside casing and remove some of the buckwheat filling, making it the firmness I needed. I also appreciate that the cover can be removed for washing.
