Mattress feels really comfy. Fantastic people to buy from. My delivery was showing as lost so I got in touch and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They pinpointed the problem and sorted it and sent me out another mattress straight away.

Bought this based on great reviews. 30cm deep mattress listing stated, was barely over half that. Didn’t fit the frame. Thought I’d try sleeping on it for just over a week. Never had such pain in my back and hips in my life. The springs dig Into you. Sent back. First pick up failed as one man came not two. Second date no one turned up whatsoever so had to take a third day off work and then collected.Do not bother. Cheap horrible rubbish. Wasn’t even cheap £286. I now bought one for 80 and it’s amazing

Great mattress worth the money.

Delivered very quickly. I had the extra deliver/unpack/remove old mattress service which was excellent by the way. The mattress is good quality and very comfortable to sleep on. I have spinal stenosis however and kept suffering nerve impingement and leg numbness, along with lower back ache every morning. This meant 20 minutes stretching exercises every morning. So a good item but no good for me. I’ve had to send it back. The only issue is that Amazon take an age to issue the refund I’m afraid. I can’t really understand how they take money straight away on a purchase but take so long to reimburse on returns
