Update: customer service took care of this immediately. They sent me a new chain and it arrived quickly. They tell me within a day or two I will be sent a return label to send the broken one back. Very Happy!! I love the set and now I can continue to wear it!I have owned this one year, and as I own a lot of jewelry, I don't wear it very often at all. I went to put on the full set of cape cod jewelry that I bought this morning and the lobster claw is broken on my necklace. I am not very happy!

Ordered for myself, size 18 inches. The necklace that I received was a lot longer, probably 22 inches, so I had to return.Overall nice quality, and I would wear it if it was the right size.The return process was smooth and easy though, no problem.
