This is my second order, previous one was a variety pack with no caffeine. The single-serve packets are easy to tear open, pour it in water and shake the bottle. No scooping, no mess. It dissolves well and you don't see sediment. The Mixed Berry flavor actually tastes good not fake or overly sweet... No chalky sour or bitter aftertaste. The caffeine 150mg; is good in the morning or for that afternoon drag. Good in the first 3 days of starting a keto diet or for intermittent fasting. Effective in keeping away that keto-flu and getting your electrolytes. Also good after a work out or anything where you've sweat a lot and need a sports drink for hydration. Plain and simple… I'm happy. I do wish it was cheaper, though I've gotten lucky with coupons so feel the cost vs value is good!

I love it! It’s just the right amount of energy and I’m still getting my water at the same time! My natural food choices tend to be high protein foods and less carbs, just by choice. It’s just the foods that I enjoy. And even still I couldn’t get that last 10 pounds off until I tried Shift! it was exactly what I needed to get that layer of fat off of the muscle to have that lean, tone look. It’s delicious!
