This is an easy 10-15 minute fix, this replacement part for our stacked washer / dryer combo fixed an issue where it would start click multiple times then stop the cycle because the door lock was broken. The tub is suspended so overloading (not designed for blankets or multiple heavy sweaters) will bang against the walls and break parts. See video where front is off in spin cycle. Only two Phillips screws hold part on and wire harness not too hard to remove and snap on replacement part. Having front off helps reach the part on left side. Front is removed easily by sticking a thin screwdriver or putty knife around 4-5 inches inward on each side in groove between top and front cover.
