can this pump be used with a pressure washer? I have a 275 gallon water tank and need water pumped to the pressure washer.

Anything less then I believe its 55 pounds of pressure going to the pump and it turns on automatically. So if water comes out of your tank at a lower pressure the pump should sense it and turn on and pump water out at 55 lbs.

Can this pump have bleach run through it without corroding?

Limit it to the 2-3ppm chlorine concentration of a city water supply.

What type of male threads are on the pump's outlets IT IS NOT NPT!!! are they GHT (Garden hose threads )? how to adapt them to USA NPT?

Comes with adapters and I hooked up to pex plumbing. I used pex pipe and crimps. You can buy adapters for pex or anything you need on Amazon just search for it.
