I wouldn’t like to say. We used them on gazebo at new year. It was dry and no wind.

It depends what you fill them with. We have ours filled with stone chippings so are quite heavy.

Didn't use sand, only used 2 litre bottles of water , in each unit. Not the best ,but they are stored away to use again,nice and clean.
