Fully functional, in great condition, with great service
I needed newer computers for home duties, and decided to order this Latitude 5420 from RUKN-TECH. This laptop should handle a few, concurrent, logged-in users without struggle. The laptop arrived within 1 week. It was well protected in its package and is in like-new condition: no visible signs of wear to speak of. All ports work (although I haven't tested the ethernet port yet.) Good screen quality, touchscreen works great, good speaker quality, good keyboard, touchpad, camera... Everything works, and no rattle! It upgraded to Windows 11 Pro with ease. The lone issue was the charger/power adapter, which didn't work at all. To the seller's credit, the charger is a genuine Dell unit which looked brand new -- still in its scratch-protective plastic wrapper. (It was probably faulty from the factory, and just never tested.) We had another charger on hand, so I was able to try/test the laptop anyway. I contacted RUKN-TECH about it; they responded within hours (on a Saturday!) and refunded the charger. Great service! I'm smiling as I write this review from the laptop itself. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Would not recommend
The computer charger I received didn’t work at all and never charged the computer. The same day of unboxing, it would overheat not even 2 minutes into use. It died very quickly and took long to boot up certain applications. The battery must’ve been very old, and I would not recommended buying this laptop.

Excellent condition and value.
The laptop arrived in great shape and looked as if it had never been used. The seller included some handy battery care instructions and it appears the battery is new because the full capacity is the same as the manufacturer's rated capacity as documented in the system's battery report. I updated the Windows 11 Pro that came with it without any issues. However, this machine was not destined to be a Windows machine for my application. I promptly made a backup copy and overwrote the OS with Home Assistant OS. This laptop is now my Home Assistant server and it works perfectly. I went this route rather than a mini computer or Raspberry Pi because the battery will keep the server running during power transitions. The price, processing capabilities, and low power consumption make this an ideal Home Assistant server. Highly recommend whether using for Windows or other applications.

Helpful shop
These guys were great! Helped me through a few, what I thought, were issues but weren't. Battery life wasn't awesome, but they were very responsive wanting to fix it. Performance is solid, touchpad is responsive, appearance of the laptop was clean with no damage I could see, having the 11th gen i7 helps with how fast this runs. I recommend this shop. Solid purchase.

Wonderful computer, problematic graphics driver.
As of today, I've had this product for thirty days. It set up nice and easy, and runs smooth. The battery life was wonderful. However, a little over a week after purchasing, the screen started having flickering issues. I turned down the settings the best that I could, tried updating the drivers, etc. I took the computer to a shop and while they praised the model of the computer, they confirmed there was issues with the graphics driver. It's a shame because I really did like this computer, but I will be taking it back. The cost to replace the graphics driver would be the cost I paid for the laptop.

Warning! Pre-Loaded With Viruses!
Warning! This laptop came with a copy of Windows 11 with a TON of viruses in it. As soon as you set the computer up and go to the desktop, Windows Defender just went nuts. Dozens of variations of Win32/Expiro.HNW!MTB (virus that affects files and renders all of the useless. Thank god I didn't let OneDrive load. Do Not Buy! I repeat, Do Not Buy. I downloaded a clean ISO of Windows, used RUFUS to create a bootable USB drive and set BIOS to boot to it so I can install a clean version of Windows. This seller should be banned

I treated myself to this laptop and getting it from the Amazon renewed store was the best thing that I could do. This product is so worth it especially when you really can't spend the money on a brand new computer. I never felt the need to always have the newest thing out there and I am so happy that I purchased this. I did get the protection plan with it. And all of it has been great. Im very happy I did this
