Software is not free after one year and installation isn’t easy

Installation is not user friendly at all. after so many attempts trying to get it working and calling customer support,we had to call their technician for which one has to pay 1800 and also came to know hidden cost of software (885 rs per year ) after one year of free use . This should be mentioned in product details
