Does what it says
I used this on a washing line and it was hard enough within 20 minutes to hold the pole upright. It was completely set within 2 hours. I have tried the cheaper versions from the d.i.y stores which are not a patch on this blue circle one. You get what you pay for.

Not as sold
We ordered blue circle because it’s a very well known brand and one we trust. The seller did not deliver blue circle but some wholesale concrete powder, also refused to refund until the item was sent back at our expense of £20!!

Makes post anchoring easy
I use it to fix the post in position, and then fill in with cheaper, harder concrete. You get the post in the right position, surround it with powder and pour in water. It sets within a couple of minutes so it is quick enough to actually stand and hold the post in place while it sets. Probably a bit pricey to fill the whole hole with it, but a good start.
