Helpful product
I brought this on Sep 2023, now Sep 2025 after 2 years of using it showing EI Error. I given this for service. Really it's life saver. This machine is the one of the main reason for my father life. He is astma patient without oxygen he can't breath. Still he is breathing means this machine only the reason. We will tell china make is fake or something negative but, few products are like these really helpfull for the patients.

An worthless item.
Please don't purchase this machine, it's not at all working as an oxygen concentrator, basically an worthless one. You will be cheated totally. Amazon is marketing this type of very low quality, worthless product. I think the manufacturer is providing huge commission for selling it. So, please don't marketing such machine in future.

Value for money
Very good machine. Compact and smooth running. The seller was the highlight. The owner Mr Saurish was unbelievably supportive and helpful. Available 24/7. I called him today 3 am and was surprised that he went on the phone and was with me till my doubt was cleared. Super. One seller you can count on.

I bought this concentrator after surfing through a lot of other products and finally concluded to buy this one despite the fear that it was selling with a massive discount. Turned out, this machine works as expected. After 200hr of machine run, it stopped working with an error. I contacted the Sachdeva Medline (seller) customer service and they helped me then and there. And it's good customer experience with Sachdeva Medline.

Home use oxygen concentrator
Works as described. Was a life saver. However the machine was a refurbished one with several scratches on its plastic top. Probably that's why it is priced less.

Dont buy this. It is totaly junk chinese product. I lost my money to buy this ghatia product . Warranty period mai customer care ko phone karne se bhi koi response nahi deta. Ek baar kharid liya toh mano phass gaya
