Why did this cost more the. £43.55 for the speakerso why take £50 !?

Prices on all products fluctuate over time dependent on many factors - shipping costs, duty, fuel, energy and material costs. You were not ripped off and at £50 it is still very good value.

How much latency does this have? my last sound bar was no use with my midi keyboard because of the latency.

Depends how you are connecting your keyboard to the sound bar. An optical cable will provide zero latency and at the other end, Bluetooth might result in a few milliseconds delay as you would expect.

Does it have a 3.5mm jack line in

I use an aux line which is I had used on a previous sound bar and which runs on the inline audio setting on my TV. This cable is not included but the potential is there if you have the cable. I hope this helps as it is a brilliant product.
