Be aware this is a diuretic so you will constantly need the loo 😬
Didn’t realise this was a diuretic (it doesn’t appear to be mentioned?) until I asked a nurse friend to check it - this was after several months use and wondering why I was so dehydrated… Won’t be using again sadly

Got a headache. Tried it a few days and still same. Maybe the seaweed is not the best quality, maybe has heavy metals. Won’t take it again.
