High quality, great value terrain
I was stunned by the quality of this piece - given the price, I expected something quite lightweight and with a mass-produced feel, but this is solid, beautifully painted, and will be a fantastic centrepiece for one-shots and boss battles alike for years to come.

Perfect for that big boss battle finale…
It looks good in the pics, but I wasn’t expecting it to be so solidly built. Top quality terrain piece - couldn’t be happier with it.

Absolutely Fantastic
When you think something is to good to be true but you take a punt! Well this is one of those few times it works. The piece is perfect and will be used regularly. So pleased with the ruined temple.

Sloppy Paintwork, But Otherwise Good
The piece itself is really good quality. It's nice and solid, well cast, a really good size and it has some weight to it. The paintwork, however, is very sloppy and has clearly been done in a rush, by someone inexperienced and with no quality control. That aspect is a little frustrating, as when you buy something ready painted, you expect a reasonable standard and not to have to re-paint numerous areas yourself. Other than that, I'm happy with it and am looking forward to including it in our weekly game of 40k.

Decent size and manufacturing quality, bland style
As a piece of RPG scenery it's perfectly functional. The squares a little small, but not to the point where I found it unusable. The paint job on it is nice enough, so it can be used right out of the box. The theming is pretty evergreen - ruined temple summit can fit into pretty much any RPG. That said, anything larger than a standard 1 inch base is going to struggle to fit or move, so no big epic monsters except at the peak, and even then it would be an awkward fit. Stylistically it's more evocative of a mesoamerican pyramid, which is a bit "meh". The disc on the summit has a pseudo-mayan design on it, and the overgrown vines suggest rainforest jungle. These work to fix it in a specific setting, which runs counter to how bland and generic the piece is as terrain. You'd either want a distinctive unique piece - lean into the mayan design with stairs running down a side and maybe a small chamber and altar on top; or you want something a bit blander and more omni-purpose so it could more closely fit with a dark-fantasy style temple equally as well as a meso american stepped pyramid. This finds a middle ground which isn't really ideal for either. For collectors of RPG terrain its a perfectly nice piece, but it doesn't have the same sort of "wow factor" you'd get from something more unique and distinctive. Just as an aside - the packaging, while great for making sure it arrived in good condition, was a pain to open and deal with. The styrofoam was wedged so tightly in the box that it was impossible to get it out without it disintegrating - tiny white puffs everywhere like an indoor blizzard. I had to tear the box quite a bit to get the styrofoam out, and because that styrofoam disintegrated, there was no prospect of being able to store it as securely as it was delivered. Not a big deal - but once it's out, it's out.

A must have for any RPG Group
A dream purchase for any tabletop RPG group, the Fantasy Pyramid has quickly become the focal point of my gaming adventures. As an avid Dungeons and Dragons enthusiast, the convenience of having a pre-assembled and pre-painted piece is an absolute game-changer. The hassle-free experience of just grabbing the Pyramid and placing it on the wargaming table adds a level of ease to my game preparation. My standard sized figures fit fine, with a great space on top for something with a larger base. Standing at an impressive 13cm x 25cm x 25cm, this terrain is a seriously impressive feature to put on the table. As a Dungeon Master, the versatility of this piece is invaluable, serving seamlessly in Dungeons and Dragons campaigns and soon to be a part of Endor for a Star Wars-themed adventure. In conclusion, the Fantasy Pyramid is a fantastic investment for any tabletop gaming enthusiast. Its immersive 3D design, coupled with its durability and versatility, elevates the overall gaming experience. Highly recommended for those looking to enhance their gaming setups!

It looks just as shown in the picture. The thing has a nice weight to it and is generic enough to place it in pretty much any jungle-like setting. Good stuff
